I used I&N Builders to renovate my basement after it got completely destroyed by some flood. Ilya and Nina were fantastic. They listened carefully to what I wanted, asked the right questions, talked budget and options, and made sure the project was set up for success. Then, their team executed beautifully. They did such a beautiful job with such a high end finish touch that tells a lot of how competent and thorough they are. My basement is my favorite place of the house to hang out now. I&N Builders beautifully renovated our apartment. We have a prewar apartment and we wanted to keep the character while modernizing the layout and function. I&N totally succeeded. We moved walls and replaced most surfaces, but it does not look like a soulless box, nor does it have any of the weird compromises you sometimes see in the renovations of old apartments.
