I used I&N Builders to renovate my basement after it got completely destroyed by some flood. Ilya and Nina were fantastic. They listened carefully to what I wanted, asked the right questions, talked budget and options, and made sure the project was set up for success. Then, their team executed beautifully. They did such a beautiful job with such a high end finish touch that tells a lot of how competent and thorough they are. My basement is my favorite place of the house to hang out now. I&N Builders beautifully renovated our apartment. We have a prewar apartment and we wanted to keep the character while modernizing the layout and function. I&N totally succeeded. We moved walls and replaced most surfaces, but it does not look like a soulless box, nor does it have any of the weird compromises you sometimes see in the renovations of old apartments. I&N found a great solution for every problem we encountered. Now I walk in and am delighted instead of dejected. Love it!

Herald Square NYC Unit Combination Renovation: Transforming Two Apartments Into a Modern Luxury Residence

We recently completed a transformative renovation in Herald Square, merging two individual units into one expansive residence distinguished by sweeping skyline views and an abundance of natural light. What once were two dated, disconnected apartments have been meticulously re-envisioned into a seamless, sophisticated home featuring a bespoke kitchen, spa-inspired bathrooms, a dedicated laundry suite, all-new walls, custom lighting, and a complete interior rebuild. To create true harmony between the spaces, we removed all existing flooring and installed new, continuous floors throughout—allowing the entire home to feel effortlessly unified, as though it had always been one grand residence. Throughout the project, we went above and beyond in coordinating with a highly demanding building management team. Our proactive communication, detailed planning, and consistent follow-through ensured that every requirement was met smoothly and professionally.
